
If you have an iPhone or an Android, you probably heard about MyFitnessPal. In case you didn’t, here are some info about this app:
MyFitnessPal is a calorie tracker which allows you to control eating and exercising by updating the food eaten along the day. Also, you may have some extra motivation once you’re able to find friends and make new ones.

If you’re really determined to lose weight healthly, MyFitnessPal calculates how much calories you can take per day and informs through graphics what’s been consumed, progress and expections based on the data you have fill out.
Problem is: some days you will forget to update and after this you’ll probably have all that will reduced. But, it is still worth the try! I do have the app, I just can’t forget to update it.
